Catalog Description

Examines the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise systems projects, with emphasis on commercial off-the-shelf platforms such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Applies project management methodologies including PMI PMBOK, Agile, and traditional methodologies to manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and organizational change. Evaluates real-world enterprise system initiatives using project management tools and case-based analysis.
